We chose a location surrounded by trees and designed our space to nurture, comfort and delight the senses. We focus our body work on the needs of our clients, helping them heal from the stresses of life and unwind from the cares of their day. Brooke Bell, L.Ac, LMT (she/her) I began my journey towards the healing arts at an early age led by my
Naturalist grandmother and family deep in the 'hollers' of the Smoky Mountains of North Carolina often in search of
elusive salamanders, and crouching down to capture the ephemeral woodland medicinals
plants. Here, I grew my ecological awareness organically and my curiosity and awe awakened
through much forest play and Natural observation.
During my Evergreen College years, I rekindled my deep love of ecology, especially of
medicinal plants graduating from TESC with a Natural Science degree in Plant and Wildlife
Ecology in 2001. My early years of cultivating mindful presence & patience continued to inform
my life’s work as I discovered human body systems and the evidence-based and deeply rooted
traditional wisdom of Chinese Medicine’s complex healing (healthcare) system.
I graduated from The Alexander School of Natural Therapeutics and received my Massage
Therapy Licensure in 2014, MA 60453759. I also hold a Master's level Degree in Acupuncture from Middleway Acupuncture Institute and became Licensed in 2021 as an Acupuncturist in Washington State, AC 61209299. I am also
certified as a Diplomate in Acupuncture by the National Certification Commission for
Acupuncture (NCCAOM).
My areas of study/practice encompass: TriggerPoint Therapy, Sports, Myofascial Release,
Pregnancy, Lomilomi, Tuina, Cupping, and Gua Sha treatments.
My bodywork style is patient-centered, collaborative and intuitive.
My offerings include Chinese Medicine; (moxa, Tui na, dietary therapies, cupping qi-gong
exercises, and needling(stand-alone), bodywork(stand-alone), and a unique blend of
acu-massage drawing from my bodywork foundation of palpation, deep listening and Trauma
Informed Care practices.

your country. See worlds as your world."Tao De Ching (Chapter 54)

Meg Payne, LMT (they/them) offers somatic intuitive bodywork rooted in principals of safety, care, and embodied liberation. They believe that the innate healing instinct in the body is activated and accessed through the embodiment process. Meg believes that bodywork is a way for folks to come into deeper connection with themselves and the world around them. They are a member of the LGBTQ+ community, and they work to envelop their practice within a liberatory framework; they believe that feeling back into the body is an act of self sovereignty and reclamation. Meg has been trained in swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, craniosacral, neuromuscular, cupping, gua sha, and manual lymphatic drainage techniques. They work to intuitively blend their training into an embodied meditative experience for the client. Relying heavily on Myofascial release, Meg’s bodywork style is very slow and connective. The goal for their sessions is to achieve deep therapeutic relief alongside trance-like relaxation. Meg is currently accepting new clients. They do not accept pre-natal clients at this time.
